A Look Back at 2010! | Village of Pangman

Well, another year has come to an end, and a new one is beginning. Time to reflect on some of the events and news that happened in the Village of Pangman in 2010.

There was a Town Hall Meeting at Pangman School on February 13, 2010.
Pangman Rockathon was held at the Care Home on February 26, 2010.
The Pangman School Community Council hosted a Barbecue beef Supper on March 13 at the Pangman Community Centre.
The Annual United Church Spring Banquet was held on Saturday, April 10, 2010.
Clear Creek Organics partnered with Dad’s Organic Foods to open an organic and health food store in Regina in January 2010.
Ladies Night Out in April 2010.
A Pangman Dance Recital was held on May 2, 2010.
Pangman School Grad was on June 7th, 2010.
On April 18th, 2010 members of the Pangman’s Holy Angels Catholic Women’s League celebrated the CWL.
A Fundraiser for Relay of Life was held at the Community Centre on June 12, 2010.
A Fundraiser Walk for Diabetes was held on June 27, 2010.
Pangman Days were held on Friday, August 6th to Sunday, August 8th, 2010.
The Slo Pitch Tourny and Street Dance was held on August 21st, 2010.
On August 9th, 2010, work began on the new Water Treatment Plant.
Adult Aquasize Classes were held at the Pool in the summer of 2010.
On Saturday, September 18th, 2010, our MLA Dustin Duncan dropped in for coffee.
The first Market Mall was held at the Community Centre on Saturday, November 20, 2010.
The yearly Craft Bazaar was held at Pangman School on Saturday, December 4th, 2010.
On Saturday, December 4th, 2010 the Pangman Dance Club hosted Santa Day at the school.
Ladies Auxiliary had fundraisers and raffles during the year.
The Farmer’s Market was held again in the summer of 2010.
Charity Farms planted and harvested another crop and donated a new stage to the Pangman School in 2010.
The Economic Development Board presented new residents with welcoming baskets.
The Library sent out a newsletter and also held craft nights in the fall of 2010.
