Village Council meetings are held the second Monday of the month at 6:00 pm.
Residential Services:
Water & Sewer:
We opened our new Water & Treatment Plant in August 2012 which was an Ozone Treatment to disinfect. In October 2025 we converted our plant over to UV Treatment to act as our main disinfectant.
In the summer of 2024 we completed a lagoon expansion which consists of a new storage cell and the conversion of the old storage cell to a treatment cell. With completing this project it will enable us to be able to increase the number of serviceable lots within our community.
Water & Sewer bills are issued every 3 months at a fixed rate:
Water $50.00/month, Sewer $25.00/month & Infrastructure Fee $25.00/quarterly.
Property Taxes: Property taxes are levied yearly in June with discounts if paid before the end November each year.
Garbage & Recycling Disposal: All services are provided by Loraas Disposal. Please see the Collection Schedule for pickup dates. There is a charge of $75.00 a quarter (every 3 months) for this service. Click the following link for the collection schedule.
