The Annual Meeting of the Pangman Co-op was held on Wednesday, March 21, 2012 at the Pangman Community Centre. Don Gurskey chaired the meeting.
Monica Wilson, Manager, reported that a new hoist has been installed in the garage, that building materials (lumber, gyproc etc) will be available for purchase soon. She thanked the staff for their hard work over the past year. As well she presented the Financial Report.
There were no new board members elected this year. Vera Knox, Susan Peters and Norman Merritt, whose terms were up this year, all agreed to stay on another year.
Effective March 2012 the current Directors and Officers are:
- Don Gurskey – President
- Vera Knox – Vice President
- Susan Peters – Secretary
- Monica Wilson – Manager
- Brian Jesse – Director
- Mark Johnson – Director
- Leroy Hanson – Director
- Noman Merritt – Director
- Brad Pingert – Director
