Congratulations Brittinay!
Brittinay and her dad returned home on Sunday, March 24th after spending a week in Richmond, BC for her National Powerlifting Competition. Brittinay made us proud by breaking 4 National Records and bringing home a Gold and Silver Medal.
Her weights were:
In the Classic Event:
- Squat 128kg – National Record
- Bench 50kg
- Deadlift 147.5kg
In the Equipped Event:
- Squat 142.5 kg – National Record
- Bench 77.5 kg – National Record
- Deadlift 150 kg – National Record
