This year’s Canada Day celebration started with a breakfast, hosted by the Pangman Daycare, at the community center. They served a delicious meal of pancakes, bacon, sausages, hashbrowns and fruit.
At 11 am we had a parade on Mergens street. There were a lot of people who came out for the parade.
Following the parade, there was birthday cake at the community center.
During the afternoon, there was a slow-pitch baseball game and around 3 pm or so the beer gardens opened.
The evening ended with a beautiful display of fireworks.
