Community Bingo is happening. The first evening there were 14 altogether and the 2nd night we had a total of 25 gathered for an evening of BINGO. It is a great time of get together and all proceeds of the BINGO are for the PANGMAN SCHOOL.
We are doing the BINGO evenings 2ND & 4TH TUESDAY of the month.
Thanks to all the local volunteers who set up an outdoor skating rink this year. The school children enjoyed skating on January 28th.
On January 12th students learned all about curling, practiced sweeping during an entertaining activity, and got to throw special curling ‘rocks’ during their own mini curling game. Students had lots of fun while learning about the sport of curling.
You can read more about the events happening at our school here.

This year’s Christmas Bazaar was held on December 5th at the Pangman School Gym. It was a beautiful December day for the Bazaar, which brought out many Christmas shoppers.
There were many different items being sold at the Bazaar, including handmade crafts, baking, Signature Homestyles, Jamberry Nails, Artwork, Young Living Oils, Tupperware, Scentsy, 31 Gifts, Leggings, and much much more.
At 1 pm Santa arrived at the Bazaar and handed goodie bags to the children. Later the children watched a movie.
There were also some raffels by a few community groups. The winners of the Ladies Aux raffle were: Bonny Lee–gift hamper–Edith Bernard–plant–Richard Strobel-Food Prep kit.
This annual Christmas Bazaar is a fundraiser for our Grade 12 students.
The Pangman Charity Farms canola crop was combined on September 12th with perfect harvest weather. John Friesen, Gary Lee, Gladys Jesse, Brian Jesse, Lawrence Fellner, Ken Kaufmann, Wayne Lozinsky, Mark Johnson, and Ken Newman volunteered their time, effort, and equipment adding to the success of the day.
A big thank you to our major sponsors E. Bourassa & Sons for their continued support, as well as Weyburn Pioneer Grain, Municipal Hail, and Farm Credit Corp.
The proceeds from the sale of the crop each year are a major support for Pangman School and community.
The Board of Education of SECPSD invites you to participate in a consultation process. Your voice is important. Are you a parent, a grandparent, an uncle, a neighbour, a church member, a business owner, a community member, an employee, a student? Whomever you are, your voice is invited.
What is Cornerstone Tomorrow?
Cornerstone Tomorrow is a public consultation initiative through which the Board of Education is requesting input into future planning for the South East Cornerstone Public School Division.
How can you participate?
You may choose to attend one evening of a series of community engagement activities which will occur across the division and provide an opportunity for stakeholders to both learn about the current priorities and provide insight and feedback on their interests for the future education in SECPSD. Or, if you are unable to attend in person, you may choose to participate through a public survey which can be found on this page at a link that will open during the final week of January and the first week of February.
Online Community-Public Survey
The survey will be open from January 26 to and including February 5. Everyone who completes the survey is eligible for a draw for one of twenty $10 Tim Horton’s cards.
